Vadood, Man of the Year 2022, World Handicrafts Council Emphasizes

The approval and promulgation of the "National Handicrafts Development Document" means the beginning of the resurfacing of the handicrafts ecosystem; the dedicated upstream law puts handicrafts on the right track

The 2022 World Handicrafts Council's Man of the Year on his Instagram social network described the approval and issuance of the "National Handicrafts Development Document" as the beginning of the resurfacing of the handicrafts ecosystem, which, like a clear and orderly rail, can follow its own path and take the path of sustainable development.

According to Miras Aria, Mohammad Ali Vadood, a member of the National Elite Foundation's Skills Council, the 2022 World Handicrafts Council's Man of the Year, holder of the First Class Artistic Award and the International Creative Hand Award, wrote on his Instagram story:

"In the last few years, I have witnessed the Deputy Ministry of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts taking over a huge hole and, despite obvious problems and shortcomings, trying to fill it. The result of this effort for fundamental reforms is the planting of valuable seedlings that are considered a sturdy tree in themselves.

The development of the concept of handicrafts in the Seventh Development Law and, more importantly, the preparation, approval, and promulgation of the "National Handicrafts Development Document" by the President means the beginning of the reshaping of the handicrafts ecosystem. This means that handicrafts will now have a specific upstream law that, like a specific and regular rail, can follow its own path and take the path of sustainable development."
